Did you know that nearly 80% of women do not wear the correct bra? It is not just about wearing a black bra under a white blouse. Nearly 80% of women do not wear the correct fit of bra for their physique. This is especially true for those ladies who require plus size lingerie.
Much of the reason for this is that if a lady knew her bra size when she was in her twenties or thirties, then she just goes on buying the same size over and over again. But the truth is that the actual size can change gradually over the years and mean that in her late forties, a woman may be wearing a bra which is far removed from her actual size.
The consequence of this is that it can lead to severe backache or headaches. As well as this, there may be skin rashes, or even cuts and abrasions in the shoulders and chest. In extreme circumstances there may even be chest pain and breathing difficulties. For ladies with larger breasts who require plus size lingerie, this may be an even worse problem.
Breast size can change radically after pregnancy, after sudden weight loss or gain. In all these circumstances it is necessary to re-evaluate the bra-size being worn and decide whether it is correct or not. There are many ways to do this. One of the best ways to do this is to see if it is cutting into the ribcage, or whether the shoulder straps are digging in to the shoulders and leaving red marks. Another way to determine whether the right size is being worn is to look at the cups. If they are wrinkled under your clothes then they are too big. To rectify this situation, the best course of action to get yourself measured for the correct size. You will be grateful that you did!
